| Bachelor degree programs: First Class scholarship: Cover 100% tuition fee start from first year. Your academic and overall performance will be assessed annually. In the following years, your scholarship will be offered based on the assessment result of your performance in the preceding year. Second Class scholarship (1st to 4th year): Arts: 6000 RMB deduction from the tuition fee from the first to the fouth year Science: 7000 RMB deduction from the tuition fee from the first to the fouth year Third Class scholarship (2nd to 4th year): Arts : 6000 RMB deduction from the tuition fee from the second academic year Science: 7000 RMB deduction from the from the second academic year |

Eligible Candidates:
International students who apply for Bachelor degree, Master degree English-taught program of Wenzhou University through SICAS.

Application Requirements:
1. Non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport
2. Be in good health condition and above the age of 18
3. Observe the law and regulations of People's Republic of China and all regulations of the university
Application Procedure:
1. Apply for Bachelor degree, Master degree English-taught program of Wenzhou University through SICAS.
2. Excellent applicants will be recommended to Wenzhou University as qualified scholarship candidates.
Terms and Conditions:
1. The scholarship quotas are distributed by the relevant department of the university.
2. Your scholarship application documents will be reviewed by SICAS helpful and efficient staff members, and then those outstanding applicants will be recommended to the university.
3. Whether or not you're able to achieve the scholarship will be determined by the relevant department of SICAS and the university on the basis of your academic merits as well as your recommendation letters.
4. You are not eligible for the application of any other scholarships in case you've already been a recipient of this scholarship.
5. SICAS reserves the final right of enforcing and explaining the detailed rules of implementation.
Application Materials:
1. Application form and visa application form
2. Graduation certificate of high school or bachelor degree diploma
Graduation certificate should be in Chinese or English. If not, it should be translated into Chinese or English and be notarized.
3. An official transcript from the college you have recently attended
Official transcript should be in Chinese or English. If not, it should be translated into Chinese or English and be notarized.
4. Two Recommendation letters (for master degree)
5. Certificate of English proficiency test
Applicants who apply for English taught program must provide the Certificate Letters that English is the learning language during high school study, or have the IELTS score 5.5 above or TOFEL score 75 above;
6. A photocopy of your passport
7. Bank statement (normally the balance is enough for your first year tuition fee and accommodation fee)
8. Health report (within the validation period)
9. No Criminal Certificate (If necessary)
10. Personal Statement
11. Passport-sized photo
A passport-sized photo taken recently of the applicant.
