Qingdao University now offers scholarships for international students who want to pursue bachelor maste and docter degree.

International students who apply for the above program of Qingdao University through SICAS.

Application Requirements:

For Government Scholarship

1）Application is open to applicant who owns a non-Chinese citizenship, aged between 18 and 40, in good health condition.

2) Applicants must abide by the laws and regulations of the Chinese government, behave well and meet the entrance requirements of Qingdao University.

3) Only applicants that have not received other sorts of fund or scholarship could apply for the scholarship.

For President Scholarship

1）Application is open to applicant who owns a non-Chinese citizenship, aged between 18 and 40, in good health condition.

2）Applicants shall be students who plan to take Doctoral Program or Master Program in September 2018.

3) Applicants must abide by the laws and regulations of the Chinese government, behave well and meet the entrance requirements of Master & Doctoral programs in Qingdao University.

4) Only applicants that have not received other sorts of fund or scholarship could apply for this scholarship.

Application Procedure:

1. Apply for  the above program of Qingdao University through SICAS.

2. Excellent applicants will be recommended to Qingdao University as qualified scholarship candidates.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The scholarship quotas are distributed by the relevant department of the university.

2. Your scholarship application documents will be reviewed by SICAS helpful and efficient staff members, and then those outstanding applicants will be recommended to the university.

3. Whether or not you're able to achieve the scholarship will be determined by the relevant department of SICAS and the university on the basis of your academic merits as well as your recommendation letters.

4. You are not eligible for the application of any other scholarships in case you've already been a recipient of this scholarship.

5. SICAS reserves the final right of enforcing and explaining the detailed rules of implementation.

For Government Scholarship

1）APPLICATION FORM for Qingdao Government Scholarship for Foreign Students.

2）Personal Statement (Include: Personal study and work experience, future plan for study; Written in English or Chinese).

3）Relevant Award Certificate.

4）Resume

5)A photocopy of your valid passport

7)English proficiency certificate

8) two recommendation letter(for master or doctor degree)

For President Scholarship

1) Application form for＇President Scholarship for Foreign Students＇

2)Application form for degree-seeking international students in Qingdao university

3）Resume/CV

4) Copy of your passport

5) Original academic credentials for college

6) Transcript(should be written in Chinese or English and should be an original or notarized copy.)

7) Work certificate.

8) Certificate (HSK5 is required by programs taught in Chinese)

9) Certificate of English proficiency

10) Recommendation letters from two associate professors, experts, or scholars with equal title.

11)Personal Statement (Including personal study and work experience, future plan for study; Written in English or Chinese).

12)Relevant Award Certificate.

2. Your academic and overall performance will be assessed annually, and the following year's scholarship may vary according to the assessment result of your performance in the preceding year.
