| Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering: First Class Scholarship: Cover 100% tuition fee and accommodation start from first year. Your academic and overall performance will be assessed annually. In the following years, your scholarship will be offered based on the assessment result of your performance in the preceding year. Second Class Scholarship (from 1st to 4th year): 6000 RMB deduction of tuition fee each year Third Class Scholarship (from 2nd to 4th year): 6000 RMB deduction of tuition fee each year |

International students who apply for the above program of Jilin Jianzhu University through SICAS.

Application Requirements:
1. Non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport
2. Be in good health condition and under the age of 23
3. Observe the law and regulations of People's Republic of China and all regulations of the university
Application Procedure:
1. Apply for the above program of Jilin Jianzhu University through SICAS.
2. Excellent applicants will be recommended to Jilin Jianzhu University as qualified scholarship candidates.
Terms and Conditions:
1. The scholarship quotas are distributed by the relevant department of the university.
2. Your scholarship application documents will be reviewed by SICAS helpful and efficient staff members, and then those outstanding applicants will be recommended to the university.
3. Whether or not you're able to achieve the scholarship will be determined by the relevant department of SICAS and the university on the basis of your academic merits as well as your recommendation letters.
4. You are not eligible for the application of any other scholarships in case you've already been a recipient of this scholarship.
5. SICAS reserves the final right of enforcing and explaining the detailed rules of implementation.
Application Materials:
1. A photocopy of your passport
2. Graduation certificate of high school
It should be in Chinese or English. If not, it should be translated into Chinese or English and be notarized.
3. An official transcript you have recently attended
It should be in Chinese or English. If not, it should be translated into Chinese or English and be notarized.
4. Bank statement (normally the balance is enough for your first year tuition fee and accommodation fee)
5. Health report (within the validation period)
6. No Criminal Certificate
