NPU President Scholarship

In order to recruit outstanding international students to study at Northwestern Polytechnical University, NPU sets up NPU President Scholarship.

The scholarships are of great importance in stimulating the international students’ spirit of knowledge innovation and potentials in various aspects as well as promoting cultural exchanges between China and other foreign countries.

Scholarship standard

The “NPU President Scholarship” is leveled into three levels.

1． First level winners are exempt from tuition fee, accommodation fee, and living allowances are provided.

Living allowances:

Undergraduate:

1500 RMB/month*12months

Master:

2000 RMB/month*12months

PhD:

3500 RMB/month*12months

2．Second level winners are exempt from tuition fee.

3．Third level winners are exempt from 50% tuition fee.

Majors covered by the Scholarship

Scholarship applicants must meet the qualification for admission of NPU.

The application documents of Undergraduate programs and postgraduate programs are different.

Nov. 15, 2022-Mar. 15, 2023

Second batch:

Mar. 16, 2023-Apr. 15, 2023

Third batch:

Apr. 16, 2023-May 15, 2023

Fourth batch:

May 16, 2023-Jun. 15, 2023

Postgraduate application

First batch:

Nov. 15, 2022-Feb. 15, 2023

Second batch:

Feb. 16, 2023-Mar. 15, 2023

Third batch:

Mar. 16, 2023-Apr. 15, 2023

Fourth batch:

Apr. 16, 2023-May 15, 2023

Note：Applicants are encouraged to apply early to have a higher chance of receiving a scholarship.
