Documents for X1 visa

1）Admisison notice or certificate of consent to the applicant getting back to campus (issued by the university )

2)  Visa Application for Study in China form (Form JW2021 or Form JW202)

In addition to the required materials mentioned above, applicants should prepare the following basic documents in advance:

A. Visa Application Form and Confirmation of Online Visa Application （see following Application Procedures）

B. Original passport with at least six months of remaining validity, blank visa pages, and a photocopy of the bio data page. A photocopy of the previous Chinese visa (if applicable).

C. Certificate of COVID-19 Vaccination or proof from medical institutions for those who cannot be vaccinated due to health reasons

D. Other necessary documents required by the Embassy
