Summer practice of Visiting Enterprises

On August 3rd and 4th,  Zhejiang University of Technology organized 11 international students from graduation classes from countries such as Zimbabwe, Zambia, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Kazakhstan, etc. to walk into  Chisage Holding Group Co., Ltd.、China-Base Ningbo Group Co., Ltd. in Ningbo, and Genedian Biotechnology Co., Ltd. Starting a two-day trip to visit Chinese companies and conduct a licensing ceremony for internship bases at these three companies. Let international students perceive China's scientific and technological innovation power closely and understand the development achievements of Chinese path to modernization.

In the morning of August 3rd, the group first arrived at Chisage Holding Group Co., Ltd. In the detailed introduction and presentation by the commentator, everyone gradually learned about some of the development history and representative businesses of Chisage Holding Group Co., Ltd.  The elegant office environment, modern management methods, and strong development momentum demonstrate the strong strength of the group, leaving a good impression on everyone. Mahabub, a student from Bangladesh, excitedly asked if he could have the opportunity to intern and work here after graduation.

In the conference room, Mr. Yang Zaoyang, Director of the College Student Work Office, and the leaders of Chisage Holding Group Co., Ltd. exchanged views on the employment needs of overseas students and the training programs for foreign employees of enterprises, and briefly held the awarding ceremony of the "Zhejiang University of Technology International Student Internship Base".

In the afternoon, the group arrived in China-Base Ningbo Group Co., Ltd. It is a top 500 enterprise of China focusing on foreign trade, cross-border comprehensive services and automobile sales. In the exhibition hall on the second floor, students got a close look at the products that CGI Group sells, from grain、seafood and fruit to pet products, as well as a wide variety of engines, car models and auto parts. A student from Zambia and a  student from kazakhstan experienced the power of technology in fully automatic car seats in the exhibition hall.

On the morning of August 4th, the summer social practice team arrived at GENEDIAN Biotechnology Co., Ltd. This is a listed company that independently develops, produces, and sells case testing, in vitro diagnostic reagents, medical equipment, and related consumables.

Under the guidance of the staff, everyone learned about the company's development history, products, and various departmental work content, and under the leadership, visited the office area and laboratory. The technological office environment has amazed students, and company's staff is also very welcoming to have foreign employees join in the future to jointly explore overseas markets.

Through this activity, they really felt the changes that "Made in China" brought to the world, fully felt the innovative development power of Chinese enterprises, further enhanced the international students' recognition of "Made in China", and deeply understood the meaning of Chinese path to modernization. At the same time, international students also feel that Chinese companies are eager for more foreign employees to join, and have developed a desire to intern and find employment in Chinese companies, working together to explore overseas markets.
