Khan`s Job responsibilities

“I have been working for Dymind for two years as an international service engineer. Mostly I’m responsible for the Middle East market, like Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Qatar, Kuwait, Yemen, Iraq and Lebanon,” Khan said.

In addition to the tasks mentioned earlier, he is also responsible for producing training materials, collecting product quality information in the area of responsibility, collecting customer feedback on product quality, and working to improve the quality of the company's products.

The challenges Khan needs to face--travel frequently

Overall, Khan has always been able to get the job done efficiently, but that doesn't mean there aren't any challenges along the way. The nature of international business determines that he needs to travel frequently, and the climate, food, Internet environment and other factors in different countries are all tests for him. Khan shared an example of an extremely slow network in Africa and the Middle East, which severely affected data exchange with headquarters, but he still struggled to ensure the company's service through limited data communication.

The challenges Khan needs to face--language barriers

Working in China, Khan sometimes encountered language barriers, but the support of his colleagues helped him overcome this problem. "Sometimes I need the support of the company's R&D team, and my colleagues in our department will assist me, they will directly use the Chinese to communicate with the R&D team to get the solution they need, and then communicate with us, and then we pass it on to the customer." He explained.

"The company's greatest strength is the strengthening of our workforce globally. We have sold more than 50,000 instruments worldwide, including Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Latin America and Europe. He said.

Known as China's innovation city, Shenzhen is also Khan's home. He has lived in China for six years and in Shenzhen for more than two years. During his years in Shenzhen, Khan developed a deep affection for the city.

He mentioned that compared with other cities in China, the cost of living in Shenzhen is relatively high, but the standard of living here is also relatively high, with convenient transportation and high-quality medical and educational resources. "Overall, living in Shenzhen is an exciting and energetic experience, but there are also some challenges in terms of pace of life and cost of living."
