SICAS Students in Shenyang University of Technology China Participate in Culture Exchange Activities

On April 19th, Marco and Carlos from Mozambique, International college of Shenyang University of Technology had the honor to take a part in the traditional culture exchange activities organized by the college of AI(Artificial Intelligence). Yajie Yu, Secretary of the Youth League Committee&Director of the Student Affairs Office of the Artificial Intelligence college、Dezhi Hao,Instructor of Industrial Intelligence(Class 2302),Xuerong Sun,Deputy Secretary of the Youth League Committee and all students of Industrial Intelligence(Class 2302) are attended this event.
Marco and Carlos, I have been studying China less than four months, they have strong interested in Chinese traditional Culture. Marco and Carlos experienced Chinese Handicrafts such as Paper-cutting,Lacquer Fan-making and Hand-painting Masks in person during the event.
Marco(International student) said : “It is a big honor to take a part in a exchange activities just like this, this is not only an appreciation of art, but this experience in person are also connect us more closer with Chinese traditional culture. Hope to have more opportunities communicate and learn with everyone in the future.”
The heat of the event is getting hotter and hotter, the international students gained a lot from this trip. Not only did they feel the charm of Chinese traditional culture in the process of Paper-cutting、Lacquer Fan-making and Hand-painting Masks, experienced the craftsmanship of study and concentration in person,but also improved their social skills and inspired their enthusiasm for Chinese traditional culture, promote the dissemination and development of Chinese traditional culture and enrich the connotation of cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries in the new era through culture exchange between China and foreign countries.
