Meet New CPC Leadership: Shanghai University students share expectations

MAMADOU BITEYE, Senegalese student from Shanghai University said "Over the past years, the diplomatic relations between China and other countries have been good because if you see in other countries, there are many buildings, roads and transportation being built by China. But I think most of the countries should develop their relationship with China and look for something new."
ANNA FOMINA, Russian Student from Shanghai University said "As an international student from Russia, I hope the relationship between Russia and China becomes better and better. I hope I can stay in Shanghai in the future."
CHEN Xiumeng, Deputy Party Branch Secretary of International Department, Shanghai University，said "Since the 18th CPC National Congress, China has achieved comprehensive development in all aspects, including the education of both domestic and foreign students. I'm in charge of international students and I've seen more and more of them coming to China to study. There has been some impact from the pandemic, but I believe China will still be an important destination for international students."
