SICAS Tips:
Choose the proper Scholarship in the High Ranked university! Some agencies only focus the scholarship of one university, pushing students into that one, and thinking to get a good number of students into that one university. It is not correct. Coz, each university has its Key major. The real experts will help students to choose the right scholarship in the high Ranked universities which they are strong in those fields that students need. SICAS does so !For example, SICAS offer Pharmacy Scholarship in four different Universities, but SICAS never push or attract students into any specific university, but always suggest students to go to th most strong and high ranked one in the Pharmacy field objectively.
Eligibility:
-1) Be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China, Nigeria and be in good health; -2) Have an overall score of 3/5 or 60/100;
-3) Aged between 16 and 35.
Ｃ）Scholarship Category, Coverage and Service Fee:
This scholarship is divided into 3 categories for different degree type: Bachelor, Master and Doctoral. In each category, there are A, B, C,D three to four levels of scholarship for different students according to your overall evaluation. (When filling the application form, you will be able to choose among the 3 ~ 4 levels.) Different categories of scholarship as following:

How much do I have to pay to get my Scholarship?
For the service fee, generally speaking, SICAS will only charge you 10% of the 4 or 3 years of total scholarship amount( there could be a bit difference according to the exact Type of Scholarship that you choose). However, in the beginning , only $300 to $400 need to be paid as a minimum service fee and $75 as application fee to the university at first. When SICAS help you successfully get the scholarship,then the price difference need to be paid.
For example: If you get the Undergraduate C Level of Shandong Jiaotong University, The total cost will be: RMB 9000x 4years x 10% =RMB 3600 = USD 600. and since you have paid USD 400, then the price difference: USD 600 - USD 400 = USD 200 need to be paid.

-After you paid the Scholarship Service Fee as above table listed, SICAS will guarantee you the scholarship! It is true.

Application Documents
1．Application form for the scholarship. You will fill this online after you clicked the button. You don't need to download it from somewhere.
2．Photocopy of valid passport. (With name, passport number & expiration date, and photo included)
3．Passport photo. (A recent passport-sized photo of the applicant)
4．Academic transcripts: (Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.)
5．Highest education diploma. (Diploma in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.)
6．English proficiency test certificate. (For example, IELTS, TOEFL or you have English-taught programs in Bachelor degree, only for applicant whose native language is not English.)
