Scholarship Category and Coverage:
The scholarship can be divided into three categories for different degree type: Bachelor, Master and Doctoral. For Bachelor Programs, the scholarship is available only for the first academic year; For Master and Doctoral Programs, it is available for three academic years after annual examination.

Eligibility
-1) Non-Chinese citizen in good health; -2) English language proficiency transcript (only for non-English speaking countries) should achieve IELTS 5.0 (or above) or other equal levels. -3) Aged between 16 and 35.
How much do I have to pay to get my Scholarship?
For the service fee, generally speaking, SICAS will only charge you 10% of total scholarship amount( there could be a bit difference according to the exact Type of Scholarship that you choose). However, in the beginning , only $300 to $400 need to be paid as a minimum service fee and $75 as application fee to the university at first. When SICAS help you successfully get the scholarship,then the price difference need to be paid.

Application Documents
1．Application form for the scholarship. You will fill this online after you clicked the button. You don't need to download it from somewhere.
2．Photocopy of valid passport. (With name, passport number & expiration date, and photo included)
3．Passport photo. (A recent passport-sized photo of the applicant)
4．Academic transcripts: (Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.)
5．Highest education diploma. (Diploma in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.)
6．English proficiency test certificate. (For example, IELTS, TOEFL or you have English-taught programs in Bachelor degree, only for applicant whose native language is not English.)
