Guangzhou Medical University was founded in 1958. It is a "Double First-Class" university under national construction, one of the first batch of pilot universities for the "Outstanding Doctor Education and Training Program" in China, and a key university for the construction of high-level universities in Guangdong Province. There are currently two campuses (Panyu Campus and Yuexiu Campus), covering an area of 597,500 square meters and having a building area of 652,200 square meters.The school fully implements the fundamental task of fostering virtue and nurturing talent, and strives to build a high-quality talent cultivation system.
