Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, founded in 1956, is one of the firstly established four Colleges and Universities of TCM in China. Basic Medical Sciences, Chinese Traditional Medicine, Acupuncture and Pharmaceutical Science are popular English-medium courses there. Particularly, the last course is the best in China. Every year over 1000 students from the USA, UK, France, Russia, Japan Italy, etc study there.
