Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE), founded in 1917, is one of oldest and best financial university in China. It has the popular English-Medium BBA course. Besides, it is also prestigious for Training Chinese as a Foreign Language, fully preparing you to pass the HSK. The core courses in the MBA program are designed to introduce students to the various areas of business such as accounting, finance, marketing, human resources, operations management, etc. Students in MBA programs have the option of taking general business courses throughout the program or can select an area of concentration and focus approximately one-fourth of their studies in this subject.

Accommodation and Service

All the international students can live in the International Students Apartment on campus. There are two types of room: single room and two-bed room. These two kinds of room are equipped with the independent toilet, air-conditioning, desk and chair, wardrobe , laundry and bedding items. It also offers broadband internet access and landline.

* A deposit of RMB 800 is to be paid when checking in and will be refunded when checking out.
* Electricity bills are based on the metered consumption. A deposit of RMB 100 of electricity bill is to be paid in No.8 and No. 7 building when checking in. Electricity bill in No. 1 building is to be paid monthly.
* Laundry fee is RMB 3 every time. The deposit of laundry card is RMB 10.

3 Steps to Apply to a Chinese University

1. Foreign applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 45
2. a university graduate with a bachelor’s degree
3. new HSK grade 5 or old HSK level 7 certified
4. in good physical health.

1.  Photocopy of valid passport
With photo, passport number &expiration date and name included.

2.  Passport-sized photo
A passport-sized photo taken recently of the applicant.

3.  Bachelor's degree diploma
Graduation certificate should be in Chinese or English.If not, it should be translated into Chinese or English and be notarized.

4.   Transcript of undergraduate school

5.  HSK Certificate (No need for English-taught program)

6.   Two recommendation letters
From professor,associate professor or equivalents.

7.  Personal Statement
