Located in Chongqing, Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications is among the best four telecommunicationand informaiton universities in China. Business Management was set up in 1987with its first batch of students (before 1998 it was named Management, and after 1998 it was renamed Business Management). As professional advantages, it is based on telecommunications industry to set up professional training objectives and personnel training requirements. It takes management science as the main body winged by economics and information technology, aiming to nurture student in corporate management, economics and law so that they can be expertise in the industrial and commercial enterprises, government departments, utilities units (especially the telecommunications industry) to adapt to the current economic globalization on the demand for management talent. Students in the first two years are trained in accordance with the discipline Business Administration for a solid theoretical basis. At the third school year they are to finish the follow-up professional courses in accordance with their own choice of specialties.
