This  program  is  a  4  year(8  semester)  program. For  the first  3  semesters,  students studyin TongjiUniversity. For the 4th to 7th semesters, studentscan choose to continue studying in Tongji University or studyinga double degree at the University of New South Wales  in  Australia. For  the  8th  semester,students  of  the  both optionsstudyin  Tongji University. Applicants  who  wish  to  apply  for thedouble  degree  program shouldindicate  in  the application  materials. Dual-degree  graduates  will  receive  undergraduate  degreesfrom two  universities  and  can  take  the  Architects  Professional  Qualification  Examination  in China and Australia and other Commonwealth countries.

Introduction to tongji

Tongji University is one of the leading universities directly under the State Ministry of Education in China. It offers degree programs both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The university has School of Sciences, School of Architecture and Urban Planning, School of Civil Engineering , Mechanical School, School of Environmental Science and Engineering, School of Material Science and Engineering, School of Electronics and Information Engineering, School of Traffic and Transportation, Medical School, School of Liberal Arts and Law, School of Foreign Languages，School of Economics and Management，School of Software Engineering，school of Ocean and Earth Science. In addition, there are Institute of Further Education, Institute of Higher Technology, Institute of Vocational and Technical Education, Institute of E-Education, Women's College, Institute of Automobile Marketing and Sino-German Institute which is authorized by Chinese and German governments to run postgraduate courses. Building 1 with 231 regular rooms and 22 suites; Building 2 with 71 regular rooms and 12 suites.

3 Steps to Apply to a Chinese University

1. Self-supporting students: applicants aged between 18 and 35 (up to and including December 31 in the year of application)

Non-Chinese citizens who have graduated from high school or above and are in good health;

2. Applicants who are immigrants from the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan (China) and are a foreign national, or whose par ents are both Chinese citizens and have settled abroad, or who have been a foreign national since birth must meet the requirements of the Ministry of Education's Jiao Wai Han [2020] No.12;

4. Proof of language proficiency

IELTS 6.5, TOEFL  IBT 85 or above.
