Located Beijing and founded in 1941, Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU) is a key university directly affiliated with the Ministry of Education (MOE) of the People’s Republic of China. Aim
The course aims to produce graduates with good business management skills that are efficient in Asia as well as in the rest of the world. To graduate, a student must successfully earn the required number of credits in each of eight groups, and at least 140 credits in total, including those from internships and an optional applied research project.

Four dormitory buildings, located on the Beijing Foreign Studies University campus, are allocated for international students. They are the Guojiao Building on the east campus, the White Building, Building 6 and Building 7 on the west campus. All the rooms are equipped with air-conditioner, television set, telephone, desk and chair, bed and bedding. High-speed Internet Facilities and services are available in dormitory rooms and are provided at a nominal charge.

1. High school graduate, at least 18 years old, generally no more than 50 years old;
2. Foreign citizens who, in accordance with the Nationality Law of the People's Republic of China, do not hold Chinese nationality and hold valid ordinary passports for private purposes;
3. According to the notice No. 12 of 2020 issued by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China (Jiaowai Han [2020] No. 12), our university makes the following supplementary regulations on accepting applications from international students to enter the undergraduate stage of study:
(1) According to the Nationality Law of the People's Republic of China, if one or both of the parents are Chinese citizens and have settled abroad, and the person acquires foreign nationality at birth, he or she does not have Chinese nationality. To apply for undergraduate study at our university as an international student, in addition to meeting the other application qualifications of our university, one must also hold a valid foreign passport or nationality certificate for four years (inclusive) or more, and have actually resided in a foreign country for at least two years in the last four years (up to April 30, 2025). (If one has actually resided in a foreign country for at least nine months in a year, it can be counted as one year.) Subject to the entry and exit stamps.
4. Be in good physical and mental health, meet the physical examination requirements for applying for a visa or residence permit to China, and comply with the physical examination requirements for the applied major of our university. Be able to ensure normal study and life during the stay in China.
5. No disciplinary violations, no public security penalties, no criminal acts or records, friendly to China, good conduct, abiding by Chinese laws and school regulations, and respecting the customs and habits of the Chinese people.
