Xi'an University of Finance and Economics is a regular higher education institution sponsored by the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government and jointly established by the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government and the National Bureau of Statistics. The school originated from the Northwest Trade School established in 1952 and the National Bureau of Statistics Xi'an Statistical School established in 1954. The school currently has four campuses in Chang'an, Yanta, Cuihua East, and Cuihua West, covering an area of over 1600 acres. The Yanta and Cuihua campuses are adjacent to the famous Tang Dynasty Wild Goose Pagoda, while the Chang'an campus is located on the Shenhe Plain at the northern foot of the Qinling Mountains.
The school has established a discipline system characterized by statistics, with economics, management, science, law, engineering, literature, art and other disciplines supporting and coordinating each other. (1) Scholarship Details
The applicants are pre-university students and outstanding international students in the first year of undergraduate studies (only covering the first-year study of new students).
2. The stipend for pre-university students is 1,000 yuan per month. It is calculated based on the actual study period, and does not exceed 10 months throughout the year. The scholarship is awarded once a year.
3. The funding amount for undergraduate students is 15,000 yuan, and it is distributed once a year.
4. Students who receive this scholarship are not allowed to concurrently enjoy other types of scholarships provided by either within or outside the university.
(2) Scholarship Management
Scholarship recipients are required to participate in the evaluation organized by the school. Those who fail the evaluation will have their scholarships suspended.
