3 Steps to Apply to a Chinese University

1. Non-Chinese citizens, holding valid foreign passports, having friendly relations with China, with no criminal record, and generally being over 18 years old. 

2. Physically and mentally healthy, in compliance with the "Health Examination Standards for Foreign Students Studying in China" issued by the Ministry of Education (those who fail the examination upon arrival will not be registered); 

3. Comply with the laws and regulations of China and the school's rules and regulations, and respect the customs and habits of the Chinese people. 

4. For those applying for the undergraduate program, the age range is 18 to 25 years old; for those applying for the master's program, the age should not exceed 30 years old.

1.Application Form for International Student;
2.High school diploma and transcripts (all must be stamped with official seal);
3.Passport personal information page;
4.Foreigner Physical Examination Form uniformly printed by the Chinese health and quarantine department and must be completed in English. The will be invalid if has incomplete records, without sealed photo of the applicant or without the signature and seal of the physician and the hospital;
5. Passport photos with white background (digital one);
6.Non-criminal record;
7.Bank certificate of deposit (at least 5,000 USD);
8. Language proficiency proof documents: students from non-English speaking countries who apply English-taught major should provide English Proficiency Test Scores; students who apply to enter Chinese students first-grade class should provide HSK 4 or above certificate;
9. Letter of Entrustment from parents or guardian. International students under 18 years old should provide it. The Letter of Entrustment must be notarized;
9.  Certificate of study and daily performance from your school. Students applying for transfer from other schools in China must provide;
11. University entrance examination transcripts (if any);
12. The latest visa to China or residence permit in China (if any). If you conceal your experience in China, which will affect the admission and registration and shall bear responsibility by yourselves.

Majors of arts and history: ¥9,000/academic year; 

Majors of science and engineering: ¥10,000/academic year; 

Art majors: ¥11,000/academic year.
