"Pharmacy" is a key discipline of Jiangsu Province in the 13th and 14th Five-Year Plan periods. Oriented to the innovative development needs of the regional pharmaceutical industry, "pharmacy" integrates chemical and biological pharmaceuticals, develops the characteristics of marine drugs, and focuses on the research of new technologies and methods such as targeted drug screening, drug synthesis and green manufacturing, and drug quality management and control. This discipline has strong faculty, rich international background, and abundant teaching resources such as provincial key laboratories and professional internship and practice bases. It has a faculty with a reasonable age structure, academic affiliation structure, title structure and educational attainment structure. In the faculty, full-time teachers with senior titles account for nearly 60%, and more than 90% of teachers hold a doctorate. This discipline has scientific research platforms such as Jiangsu Key Laboratory of Marine Pharmaceutical Compound Screening and Jiangsu Marine Medicinal Resources Development Engineering Research Center, and has established industry-university-research comprehensive cooperation relations and talent training bases with many famous pharmaceutical companies such as Hengrui Pharmaceuticals, Chia Tai Tianqing, Hansoh Pharma, and Kanion Pharmaceutical. In line with the principles of "good character, solid foundation, matching knowledge and practice, emphasizing innovation and highlighting application", this discipline aims to cultivate high-level applied research talents who can adapt to modern pharmaceutical R&D, production, quality control and management, have strong technical innovation and practical problem-solving abilities, and are competent in professional technical or management work in research institutes, pharmaceutical inspection departments and enterprises through the collaboration between schools and enterprises.

Scholarship for International Students of Jiangsu Ocean University
Standard: First-Class Scholarship - 15,000 yuan per person per year (not exceeding 20%)
Second Prize Scholarship: 12,000 yuan per person per year (not exceeding 60%)
Third Prize Scholarship: 8,000 yuan per person per year (for those who meet other eligibility criteria)
Note: For students who are admitted as freshmen, they will be awarded the second-class scholarship upon passing the admission qualification review.
