Zhejiang Normal University(ZJNU), founded in 1956, is one of the five key universities in Zhejiang Province, and one of the top 100 universities in China.

3 Steps to Apply to a Chinese University

1.Be at least 18 years old and generally not more than 30 years old (born before September 1, 1995）

2. Non-chinese citizens holding valid foreign ordinary passports,

3. Fresh high school graduates or have a high school diploma, high school performance is good;

4. Language proficiency: HSK Level 4 for Chinese-taught majors, TOEFL 80 or IELTS 5.5 for English-taught majors;

5. No criminal record, no history of drug abuse;

6. In good health, no major infectious diseases.

1. Certificate photo (recent 2-inch bareheaded photo);

2. Scanned copy of the first page of the passport (ordinary passport, valid after October 31, 2025);

3. Passport visa page (required for students already in China);

4. Notarized high school graduation certificate or pre-graduation certificate must be stamped with the official seal of the school:

(1) Fresh high school graduates submit a pre-graduation certificate issued by their school,

(2) senior high school students who have graduated submit their high school diploma;

5. Scanned copy of notarized transcript:

(1) Fresh high school graduates submit transcripts during the school years,

(2) Students who have graduated from high school submit complete transcripts of high school;

(3) High school test scores or internationally accepted standardized test scores, such as UEC/A Level/ AP/IB/ SAT/ACT, etc.;

6. Proof of language proficiency within the validity period:Applicants for English-taught programs are required to submit TOEFL IBT or IELTS transcripts with a TOEFL IBT score of 80 or above and IELTS score of 5.5 or above. Applicants who have taken English as the language of instruction in senior high school may present a language of instruction certificate issued by the senior high school as a substitute;
