9:00 Met by master at the east gate of Temple of Heaven.

9:30-11:00 tai chi class

- Tai Chi culture study - Tai chi foundation training (basic steps, hand forms etc.) - Tai chi form study ( 4 new moves each day) - Form application introduction - Accompanied back to the east gate.

Tuition: 1500RMB (Note: group price is negotiable)

Insurance fees : CNY 600

Physical check : CNY 400
