Study Duration
6 years' Program include:
1 year foundation course (on campus courses),
2 year basic medicine (on campus courses),
2 year clinical medicine (on campus and hospital courses),
1 year hospital work (in hospital)
Degree Awarded
On completing the requirements of the teaching program and passing the graduation examinations successfully, international medical undergraduates will be granted a graduation certificate and conferred a medical degree by
Capital Medical University (CMU)if they meet the degree regulations ofCapital Medical University (CMU). The English copy of the degree will state MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery).
Career
After obtaining MBBS Degree, the graduates can apply to take the medical licensing examination in the medical council in order to get registered and practice medicine. According to the regulations in different countries, the students may need to do the degree accreditation first. A MBBS degree holder can find jobs in government as well as private hospitals, nursing homes and other health facilities. Except this, one can also start his own clinic or pursue study for master's degree.

4. If students decide to transfer or withdraw, the paid fees will not be returned or transferred.

Admissions Process Entry Requirements1. 18-3 years old, healthy;
2. Willing to obey Chinese laws and regulations and regulations of Capital Medical University;
3. No requirements for students from English-speaking countries;students from English-teaching countries should hand in relevant proof; TOEFL 550 and IELTS 5.5 for students from English as a second language countries;
4. High school graduate.
Application Materials1. Photocopy of valid passport
With photo, passport number &expiration date and name included. 2. Passport-sized photo A passport-sized photo taken recently of the applicant. 3. Graduation certificate of high school Graduation certificate should be in Chinese or English.If not, it should be translated into Chinese or English and be notarized.
4. Academic transcript of high school
5. Financial guarantee letter Photocopy of the signatured financial guarantee letter from his/her financial guarantor to prove their solvency. 6. Personal Statement Personal Statement with the applicant's signature, written in Chinese or in English. You can download a template or sample from here. 7. A photocopy of the pre-medical (FSc.) certificate(Optional).
