Founded in 1951, Liaoning University of Technology (LUT) is a multifaceted university with engineering as its specialty. The available courses for undergraduate students are Computer Science and Technology, International Economics and Trade

Agricultural machinery design, manufacturing and automation is an interdisciplinary subject that integrates mechanical engineering, automation technology and agricultural science. It aims to cultivate professional talents who can develop, design and manufacture intelligent equipment suitable for agricultural production, and solve the problems of agricultural mechanization, automation and modernization. Its curriculum system takes into account both the fundamentals of mechanical engineering and the characteristics of agricultural production, emphasizing the combination of theory and practice.

   Founded in 1951, Liaoning University of Technology (LUT) is a provincial university of higher learning. It is a multifaceted university with engineering as its specialty,  as well as offering instruction in science, liberal arts, economics, and management studies. Presently it serves over 14,000 undergraduates and 578 postgraduates.

     LUT has 12 colleges and faculties. Thirty-eight undergraduate specialties and twenty post-graduate specialties are offered. The material physics and chemistry courses, the automobile engineering research center, the automobile materials and  engineering, as well as the control theory and application engineering labs offered at LUT are considered outstanding at the provincial level.

    LUT has a team of over 1278 staff members.Among the 780 fulltime teachers, here 148 proffesors,300 associate proffesors ,one course leader recognized by the Provincial Ministry of Education, 57 university-level course leaders, academic leaders and excellent young core teachers. Our proffessors have proven a record of doing strong scientific research. In the past five years, they have completed more than  500 scientific research projects; and have recieved 25 awards at the provincial level and published over 4000 academic theses, 110 of which were incorporated in three  important international document searches.

    According to the demands decided by the changing global market, LUT focuses  on improving students' overall understanding of the world around them and improving  students' creative and pratical abilities. The highly qualified LUT graduates have been welcomed by all professions and in recent years the rate of employment has been over 98 percent.

    The School of International Education at LUT is in charge of international cooperation and recruitment and management of international students. LUT has beencarrying out international exchange and cooperation since 1985. In recent years, the  university has  established numerous exchange programs with more than 20 foreign  universities. LUT sends students to the USA, Germany, UK, Korea, Singapore,Japan, and Australia. International students can get graduation certificates and  bachelor's degrees, as well as master's degrees. So far we have had students from Korea, the US, Japan, Slovenia, and Pakistan. Our Chinese Training Center offers free Chinese lessons for all degree students. In order to give students a broader knowledge about Chinese culture, we also arrange classes for Kung Fu, Calligraphy, and  Traditional Chinese musical instruments.

    The LUT campus is one of the "Garden Units" in Liaoning. The student residence are  comfortable, orderly, full of cultural atmosphere and convenient for  shopping and travel. The cafeterias on campus serve different styles of food and are greatly enjoyed by our students and staff.
