The goal of this major is to make students master the basic principles and experimental methods of environmental engineering, to have the basic knowledge needed in the application research, to understand the latest achievements and research progress in the field of environmental science and engineering, to be able to adapt to the ability, to have a wide professional caliber, to have new spirit and practical ability, and to be able to be in the environment. Senior professionals in design, construction, technology development, operation management and teaching work in such areas as protection, pollution prevention and water treatment engineering.

Nanchang Hangkong University, also Nanchang Aviation University, is located in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, People's Republic of China. It is an engineering-based multidisciplinary university. It was Nanchang Institute of Aeronautical Technology and it was renamed in Feb. 2007. It is a higher education institute with a distinctive feature of aeronautics and national defense under the joint supervision of Jiangxi Provincial Government and Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China. Introduction

The dormitory for foreign students is located on campus of Nanchang Hangkong University. Both two-bed rooms and one-bed rooms are available. Each room has a private bath,  air conditioning, bookshelves, standard size wardrobes, a fridge. There are washing machines for public use.
