The event offered engineering students valuable career guidance from esteemed professors and alumni. Christian Mulbah, President of AIES, welcomed attendees, introduced the team, and reviewed past initiatives. Guest speakers—Prof. Muhammad Zareef, Prof. Hany ElMesiry, Dr. Sheikh Farhan Ashraf, and Dr. Jesse Nii Okai Amu-Darko—shared their professional journeys and expertise.

The primary segment included interactive networking rounds in four classrooms, where participants engaged in small-group discussions on time management, career development, research challenges, and engineering trends. Speakers rotated every 45 minutes, enabling students to connect with all experts.
