Marco Polo, a famous Italian writer of The Travels of Marco Polo, studied Chinese culture and Chinese political systems in Zhenjiang many years. Pearl S. Buck, the famous American woman writer who was awarded the Nobel Prize for literature in 1938, spent her childhood, adolescence and youth in Zhenjiang, therefore, most of her works were stamped with the influence of local culture.

3 Steps to Apply to a Chinese University

Be in good health condition, which accords with the Health Standard for International Students stipulated by the China Education Department;

Have college graduation diploma and good academic record;

Have certain English language ability;

Have good moral character and obey the laws and regulations of the Chinese government and regulations of the university. Respect Chinese social customs and habits.

1. Photocopy of valid passport
With photo, passport number &expiration date and name included.
2. Passport-sized photo
A passport-sized photo taken recently of the applicant.
3. Graduation certificate of university
Graduation certificate should be in Chinese or English. If not, it should be translated into Chinese or English and be notarized.
