Study Tour Program

Situated in Hangzhou, a city known as “The Paradise on Earth”, Zhejiang University of Science and Technology (ZUST) also benefit a lot from the locating in the one of the most prosperous province in China with strong economic growth, vitality and potential. The available English-taught courses are International Marketing, Civil Engineering, International Economics and Trade and Computer Science and Technology. Date From August to September for three weeks. Objective To master the daily Chinese, experience the rich and ancient Chinese history and culture, as well as the development and changes of modern China and visit famous scenic spots in China. During the three-week study tour, you can not only view China as a tourist, but also penetrate the real Chinese world and make a head or tail of Chinese culture. Itinerary Students spends 20 days to receive a Chinese language training at ZUST, learn about arts and culture like Chinese painting, calligraphy, music, tea culture, food culture and more. In the meantime, they will visit the must-go places in Hangzhou like the West Lake, Hefang Acient Historical and Cultural Street, Song Dynasty Town and so on. The trip includes visits to the museum and local enterprises. After the stay at ZUST the group can travel to the modern city-Shanghai or capital-Beijing. Fees 1. Tuition Fee CNY 2700 for 3 weeks. 2. Other Fees per person for any student, including Accommodations, Visits, Trips, Pick-up and Send-off from and to Shanghai Pudong International Airport CNY 3950 (double-bed room) per person. CNY 5250 (single room) per person. 3. Meals will be paid by students themselves Students can have meals in campus cafeteria. It costs about CNY 15-20 per day. Notes The fee could be slightly different if the group number is less than 15 people.

Zhejiang University of Science and Technology (ZUST) is a multi-disciplinary university with emphasis on engineering, incorporating disciplines in science, arts, economics, management, and education. Combining the technical know-how of German Applied Science Universities with its own experience, ZUST explores ways of cultivating international specialists with applied skills.

Single Room: RMB 1200 /month (1-student shared), including water bill and internet bill. Electricity bills should be paid by the student themselves.
Double Room: RMB 600 /month/person (2-student shared), including water bill and internet bill. Electricity bills should be paid by students themselves.
Room Deposit: RMB 1000. It will be returned if all equipment is in good condition when students check out.

Room Contents:

Each room contains a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, bookshelf, TV, refrigerator, air conditioner, heater, and shower. A public washing machine room and public kitchen is available for student use in the dormitory.

Approximately RMB 500 Y/month or students can opt to cook by themselves in the public kitchen.
