Application Reuirements for International Students

Application qualifications and categories:

(1). For Undergraduates

a. The applicant should have the academic credentials analogous to those of Chinese senior middle school.

b. Those who have obtained Grade C of primary Certificate of Chinese Language Skills (HSK) can directly apply for undergraduate

study.

c. The applicant should offer formal Health Certificate.

d. The applicant should have enough financial resources and a guarantor.

(2) Chinese Language Students (Over a semester)

a. There is no restriction on the applicant's Chinese language skill, age and genders.

b. The applicant should offer formal Health Certificate.

c. The applicant should have enough financial resources and a guarantor.

(3) HSK Exam Training

a. There is no restriction on the applicant's Chinese language skill, age, genders.

b. The applicant should offer normal Health Certificate.

c. The applicant should have enough financial resources and a guarantor

(4) Traveling Student Foreigners who love China and want to promote understanding of Chinese cultures are welcomed to sign up for

the course of Short-term Traveling and Chinese Learning.

a. There is no restriction on the applicant's Chinese language skill, age, sex and the length of schooling.

b. The applicant should offer normal Health Certificate.

c. The applicant should have enough financial resources and a guarantor.

Teaching Schedule

The study schedule for undergraduates is four years. The students should take credit within four years; finish the graduate thesis

Those who pass the examinations can get the graduation certificate and bachelor degree certificate.The Chinese Language students who

study over one year are long-term students,who study less than one year are short-term students. Despite of their study time,those

who pass the examinations can get the graduate certificate.The length of schooling for the HSK training students and the traveling

students depends on specific conditions. Those who finish their studies are given graduate certificates.

2.Chinese Language Students: March to July for the first half academic year,September to December for the second half academic

year.

III. HSK Exam Training Students

IV. Traveling Student

Enrolment

Upon receiving the Application Form for Foreign Students, this university checks all the information of the Foreign Students and

mails the admitted applicants:

1.The entrance letter

2.The Visa Application Form for Foreign Students to Study in China (JW 202)

3.The Medical Examination Record of Foreigners.

The admitted applicants should go to the local Chinese Embassy/Consulate in your country with the documents mentioned above for

an entry visa (X type) to China.

Admission

1. Entrance Time for Undergraduates is September each year. Please register at the time suggested by the entrance letter.

2. Entrance Time for Chinese Language Learners is each March or September respectively. Please register at the time suggested

by the entrance letter.

3. Trainees for the HSK Examination register at the time suggested by the entrance letter.

4. After registering, undergraduates and Language Learning Students (long-- term) are required to buy Medical Insurance and

Personal Accident Insurance.
