Its core objective is to ensure the efficient delivery of the project under constraints such as scope, time, cost and quality through scientific planning, organization, coordination and control, while balancing the demands of all relevant parties. This major is not only applicable to traditional infrastructure, IT, and manufacturing, but also widely penetrates into emerging fields such as the Internet, cultural and creative industries, and healthcare. It is a key management tool for modern enterprises to implement their strategies.

Cultivate compound management talents with the ability to manage the entire project process, cross-domain coordination and risk prediction. Students need to master the standard methodologies for Project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure (such as PMBOK, PRINCE2), be familiar with project management tools (such as MS Project, Jira), and be able to serve as project managers, project coordinators or strategic managers in industries such as technology research and development, engineering construction, Internet products, and financial investment. Promote the full-cycle management of complex projects from planning to implementation, serving the strategic goals of enterprises and the demands of major social projects.

Foreign citizens who are physically and mentally healthy and of good conduct. Applicants for master's degree programs must have a degree equivalent to a bachelor's degree in China, and applicants for doctoral degree programs must have a degree equivalent to a master's degree in China. No criminal record. During the study period in China, I voluntarily abide by Chinese laws and regulations as well as the school's rules and regulations, respect Chinese social morality and customs, and refrain from engaging in any activities that are inconsistent with my student status.
(1) A foreigner's ordinary passport valid for more than one year or a currently valid visa in China.
(2) Highest academic degree certificate (original and notarized in Chinese or English). Fresh graduates can provide a pre-graduation certificate issued by their university. Those who fail to obtain their graduation certificates before enrollment will have their admission qualifications revoked.
(3) A complete official transcript of the study stage provided by the highest academic degree school (original and notarized in Chinese or English).
(4) Personal statement and a brief research plan (within 800 words). Applicants for doctoral programs are also required to submit a brief research experience.
(5) Two recommendation letters from associate professors or those with corresponding professional titles or above.
Applicants who studied in China during their previous educational stage are required to provide proof of their performance at school.
(7) A pre-approval letter for acceptance issued by the graduate supervisor of the intended major (Attachment 3). Those who have not yet determined the pre-accepted supervisor and meet the application requirements will enter the interview and assessment process in accordance with the relevant regulations of the school's postgraduate recruitment.
(8) Physical examination report (The examination results must have a valid official seal and be valid for 6 months).
The scholarship standard is as follows: 30,000 yuan per person for doctoral students. Master's degree candidates, 20,000 yuan per person; Undergraduate students, 10,000 yuan per person. Students who receive the newly recruited international student scholarship can apply for the scholarship in the following year after enrollment in accordance with the scholarship procedures for current international students. Under the same conditions, they will be given priority for approval.
