International Master of Business Administration

Introduction

The international MBA program focuses on the cultivation of student’s macro-administration and decision-making ability, leading talent and internationalized field of vision in order that the new opportunity and challenge from China’s and the world’s further development and might enhance the competitive power of enterprises. Graduates with professional degree and the familiarity with Chinese culture are highly sought after in international or multi-national enterprises.

The international MBA program will be mainly conducted in English. More than 30% of the modules will be instructed by highly quailed English-speaking lecturers, while other modules will be instructed by experienced SCUT professors. However, Chinese language and culture lessons will be also arranged during the first academic year of study with purposes that an international student studying in China will be expected to have basic command of the language ability and culture familiarity of the host country. From the second academic year, a few modules will be carefully conducted in both China and English (bilingually) after the students have been equipped with necessary language abilities.
